About Us

Dangershare offers turn key solutions in all areas of safety and hazard management throughout the construction life cycle. The company was formed in Sweden in 2016 initially for a Biologics project in Sodertalje. Since then it has expanded from single project HSE management to concurrent large scale infrastructure, manufacturing and data centre project HSE management.

From the set up of bespoke HSE Management systems, HSE daily site management, Permit to work office and Lock out Tag out teams to manage commissioning and energisation safety, to Quality assurance management including system walk downs, punchlist tracking and coordinating vendor completions, Dangershare can deliver the right resources, systems and procedures.

The Dangershare Team have vast experience in several world renowned on and offshore projects. The core team have worked across Europe extensively and fully understand the challenges in multi-cultural, mutli-discipline and multi-lingual work forces.

Communicating the same message clearly and concisely to everyone involved, in a way that encourages and supports open and honest safety engagement, is key to building a safety culture that listens, guides and takes care of everyone connected to a project… including their families at home. It is this coaching and rewarding mind set that separates Dangershare teams from others.

Darin has extensive experience in construction, both on and offshore at a management level. His 30 years’ experience include construction projects in Life Sciences, Renewable Energy, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Pipelines and Infrastructure. It is his reputation for delivering exceptional safety results in a nurturing and supportive manner that has created the need to develop an organisation to operate on multiple projects simultaneously, sustaining this approach and holding it as a core value.

Nick is an engineer that holds extensive experience in multiple industries, spanning over 3 decades. Oil & Gas, Telecommunication, Science & Research and Construction all on a global scale. Health & Safety has always been at the core of his experience within projects, which in turn allows him to see the bigger picture that links quality, safety and exceptional delivery to Clients. As his business partner and a life long friend of Darin, they work together seemlessly with the same supporting mindset ensuring business continuity for the future.
